Middle East Alpha ERP Tool application Installation, Configuration, update, tune and diagnose. Managing and Configuration Fort iGATE Firewall 100D. Managing Microsoft office 365. Mail id creation in specifically focused on the Plesk Panel C-Panel and Inbox Storage size allotment to new and existing employees. Managing and Configuration NVR security cameras networks, and other equipment used in video surveillance systems. Maintain the availability, reliability and functionality of IT Systems through proactive monitoring of System Availability, Response times, Packet Loss, CPU Utilization, Memory Utilization, Disk Utilization, Windows Service Monitoring, Event Log Rules.

V-Space Server Performance tuning on daily basics. Troubleshooting, Installation, Upgradation, Migration of V-Space Server. Domain ID Creation and provide Local Network shared folder Access to new employees. Blocking website, End user USB Access, Internet Access handling by Sophos Security Tool. Install, Configure and Manage Multi Conferencing Unit and assign Conference ID. FTP user access creation and access modification. Remote area location Systems and networking devices configuration and troubleshooting the issues. Troubleshoot, assist and work with IT team members to resolve user support issues.
